Computer adjustment, faster order change and convenient operation.

The wallboard and important parts of the whole machine are made by high precision machining and ground by CNC grinder.

All transmission shafts and rollers are made of high-quality steel, with high-precision dynamic balance correction, hard

 chromium plating and surface grinding.

The transmission gear is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, and its hardness is HRC58-62. It is 

grinded, reaching the National Grade 6 standard. It has been used for a long time and has high chromatic precision.

The key free connecting ring is used in the main transmission part of the whole machine to eliminate the connection gap,

 which is suitable for long-term high-speed printing.

The whole machine is equipped with spray lubrication and automatic oil balancing device.

Automatic zero and reset.

Pclink control network, MCGS software, Siemens low-voltage electrical appliances, host frequency control, power saving 

up to 30%.

Double axis slotting is equipped with computer control system for production management of the whole machine, and

single axis slotting is equipped with computer control system for the whole machine.

Net roller: metal net roller or ceramic net roller can be selected, and the number of net roller lines can be selected according

 to the user's requirements.

The ceramic anilox roller with high reticle can be selected to match with the closed chamber ink scraping system to realize 

80-90 reticle printing.
