　　在实际操作中，装版方法及使用的材料也不是完全一样，可根据实践，科学地装版，检查印版：上机前*面检查版子的高低和规格是否符合模切压痕机的尺寸要求，木枕塞是否打紧，版面是否平整，有否起拱现象，检查合格后把版子装上机。手动平压模切机在装版过程中不同的工序步骤产生不同的操作，需要根据形式标准装版，能够在纸箱印刷过程中使用。

In the actual operation, the plate mounting method and the materials used are not exactly the same. According to the practice, scientifically install the plate and check the printing plate: before the machine, comprehensively check whether the height and specification of the plate meet the size requirements of the die-cutting indentation machine, whether the wooden pillow plug is tight, whether the plate is flat, whether there is arching phenomenon, and install the plate after passing the inspection. Manual flat die-cutting machine has different operations in different process steps in the plate loading process. It needs plate loading according to the form standard and can be used in the carton printing process.
